During my experience studying abroad in Barcelona (January till May 2013), I quickly fell in love with my new home and grew a strong addiction to travel. I soon found my self realizing how “not so easy” traveling in Europe really was. No, we’re not taking big jet planes with space for two carryon bags and comfortable leg room, do not expect to pull out your iPhone and rely on Siri to find directions to your hostel, and be prepared to have trouble communicating even the easiest of question.
